Day 1Arrival to Lusaka

Welcome to Zambia! On arrival at Lusaka Airport, someone will be there to greet you and help you transfer to your accommodation. Depending on the time of arrival and how much energy you have, you can take the afternoon or evening to explore this friendly city, we recommend heading out into downtown and exploring some of Lusaka’s thriving markets for food and crafts.

Day 2&3South Luangwa National Park Safari

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Lusaka Airport to board a flight to South Luangwa, home of its homonym national park. On arrival, you will be transferred to a campground near South Luangwa National ParkFor two days, you will rise early and venture into the magnificent South Luangwa National Park to participate in professionally guided game viewing activities. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, hyenas, impalas, buffalos, and more. The park is teeming with wildlife, which experienced guides will help you spot. South Luangwa National Park is also unique because of endemic three subspecies: Thornicroft’s giraffes, Cookson’s wildebeests, and Crawshay’s zebras. It is also one of the few parks in Africa that allows night drives— a unique and exciting safari experience.Depending on the weather and time of year, you might be able to participate in a walking safari. These provide a fascinating, more detailed view of park ecology and wildlife.

Day 4&5South Luangwa to Lower Zambezi National Park

This morning fly from Mfuwe to an airstrip in the Lower Zambezi and then transfer by boat to the Zambezi Kulefu Camp. Located deep in the game-rich Lower Zambezi National Park, this intimate eco-friendly safari camp is secluded among tall Riverine trees overlooking the legendary Zambezi River. Your spacious tented room offers an amazing view of the mighty Zambezi, and the camp swimming pool is right on the riverbank. This location has a high concentration of wildlife and offers excellent game viewing opportunities the next two days you will have Enjoy a full day of relaxation and game viewing taking a guided 4×4 Take a canoe safari in Lower Zambezi National Park vehicle, boat or walking safaris both day and night. Watch for lion, leopard, hyena, elephant, hippo, aardvark and other big game. If you are feeling adventurous, take a breathtaking canoe trip down one of the river channels to view game from the waters edge, or try your hand at tiger fishing. In the evening enjoy a private sundowner cruise on the river.

Day 6Depart Lower Zambezi & Lusaka - Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe

Enjoy morning at the camp before your transfer to the airstrip and flight to Lusaka Airport. Depart Lusaka for Victoria falls in Zibamabwe falls. This evening you are transferred to the jetty, where you board the newest, sleekest and largest cruise boat operating on the Zimbabwe side of the Zambezi River, the Zambezi Explorer. The boat’s on-board facilities run exclusively on solar energy. From here you cruise along towards Palm lsland and Kandahar lsland to enjoy a picturesque African sunset on the Zambezi River. This cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the River, with the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile, elephant and many different bird species. Your cruise includes snacks, beer, wine, local spirits and soft drinks, framed by many beautiful photo opportunities. Enjoy the nice seating area and professional service. Learn about its geology, wildlife, and history, listen to its legends, take amazing pictures, and more. Victoria Falls are a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe. Drive back to the hotel for a traditional dinner and entertainment.

Day 8Victoria Falls-Hwange National Park

Transfer between the Victoria Falls Airport and your lodge with a private driver and vehicle.
Board a flight today with service from Victoria Falls to Hwange National Park. Hwange’s diverse landscape is home to a plethora of wildlife that freely roams the park’s limits all year round. Boasting over 100 mammal and 400 bird species, the park is a perfect place to get up close and personal with African beasts. Among others, visitors often get an opportunity to encounter species such as lion, buffalo, cheetah, herds of elephant, giraffe, spotted hyena, sable, and leopard – all in their natural habitat. With numerous waterholes found throughout the park excellent game spotting opportunities are not uncommon. Today, embark on a game drive that will allow you to experience this part of Africa at its finest. From the comfort of your vehicle, take in Hwange’s mesmerizing scenery and look out for its elusive inhabitants as you make your way through the park. Day 9Hwange National Park

The abundance of wildlife that inhabits the limits of Hwange National Park will keep safari enthusiasts occupied for days. Once a royal hunting ground of the Zulu warrior king Mzilikazi, the park was founded in 1928 and to this day it attracts visitors from across the globe who are keen to get closer to its elusive residents. Continue your bush adventure on a game drive through Hwange accompanied by your knowledgeable guide. Today is yet another opportunity to enjoy your serene natural surroundings and spot big game.

Day 10Hwange NP- Victoria Falls-Lusaka

Board a flight in Hwange National Park with service to Victoria Falls. The approximate travel time is 45 minutes. Transfer between the Victoria Falls Airport to catch your next flight to Lusaka. Upon arrival at the you’ll meet the guide and transfer you to hotel for the overnight and dinner.
