Itinerary

Day 01

Pick up starts at 9:00 at your place of accommodation
Stop At: KTW wine cellar
Visit the Kakheti region, the centerpiece of the country’s 8000-year winemaking history. A visit there will create a chance of tasting different sorts of delicious Georgian wine. Georgia is well-known for producing high-quality wine. KTW Company uses clay vessels for preserving the best quality of the wine, and it is the first to take traditional wine to the market in attractive analogue containers to wine Jars. In other researches, archeologists confirm Georgia is enriched with approximately 530 indigenous grape varieties of which dozens are used for winemaking.
Stop At: Giuaani Wine Room
Here will be your second stop of the day. There you will see the traditional Georgian wine cellar, understand the winemaking technologies, and taste different types of wine. Chacha” is one of the Georgian pomace brandy known in other terms as “Vine Vodka,” “grape vodka,” or “Georgian vodka/grappa.” You will also attend the masterclasses of traditional Georgian cuisine making of Churchkhela, bread baking, and have a light lunch here.
Stop At: Tbilisi
After the wine tour at Kakheti back Tbilisi and stop at abanotubani district. Here your guide will let you understand the history of Tbilisi, which is connected to the hot Sulphur bathes. Take a nature walk to Leghvtakhevi waterfalls. A superb place to have pictures overlooking the older style of Tbilisi balconies. While you look up, you will see buildings looking down on you from up above, and it’s like they are the skyscrapers with their old balconies and architecture. Continue to dinner in the sky Location.
Stop at: Wine Tasting and Dinner in the sky
Here you will be accompanied by a professional sommelier who will tell you more about the traditional way of making Georgian and brief you about each type of wine. Great time to taste all the three different types of wine (White wine, Red Wine and Pink wine) with cheese and snacks. A good perspective on dining in Georgia.

Day 02

Stop At: Jvari Church
The day begins with a visit to Jvari Church in Mtskheta. The building stands on a high rock wonderfully harmony with extremely picturesque nature of the area. At the foot, two most known rivers in Georgia. (Kura and Aragvi) pass by. Right across lies the extensive panorama of Mtskheta. On the windy slopes near Jvari grows the Tree of Wishes. The church inside is decorated by mosaic which survived only in fragments. At the center of the temple, you will see the foundation on which the Sacred Cross brought by St. Nino of Kappadokia used to be fixed.
Stop At: Chumber of wine in Mtskheta.
Here you will have a cuisine masterclass in making Georgian traditional meal khinkali and wine tasting. You will stroll the place and see traditional attire, cellar with Qvevris, wine saloon, and a large terrace with a 360° view. You will have your lunch at that place.
Stop at: Svetitskhoveli
Svetitskhoveli is one of the significant orthodox Georgian temples. Built-in the 11th century (1010-1029) on the site of the twelve Apostles Church. The First Georgian church erected in the 4th century. It is rectangular in shape and the center of its towers are faceted drum topped with a peaked dome with 16 windows. You can see the figures of flying angels. Near the cathedral, there are many souvenir shops where you can work and purchase some.
Stop At: Turtle Lake
End the tour with a visit to the Turtle Lake. It is a small Reservoir located in the region of vake- saburtalo of the Tbilisi city on the height of almost 700m above the sea level. It attains its name through a large number of turtles it had. Now there are not as many as they were but you will find some. During the hot weather, the lake turns to be a favorite place for walking, Rest and Sports training to everyone who will be at Tbilisi. Mountain River varazishhevi which is surrounded by thick forest flows water to the lake. There they are beautiful pebbled beaches with deckchairs, cozy cafes, playgrounds for children, sports ground and a jogging track around the lake. Many options at that place (ride on the catamaran or a walk around the cliffs) and get a fascinating view of the city.
