Itinerary

Day 1Victoria Falls - Nata

This morning we will leave Victoria Falls travel south towards Nata. Some people also call this route the “gam drive route”, as you might see some wildlife while traveling through the area. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an afternoon guided excursion to the Makgadikgadi Pans and Nata Sanctuary to appreciate the spectacular view and sundowner. Dinner and overnight will be at Nata Lodge

Day 2Nata-Chobe National Park

Experience an unforgettable day starting with a morning activity at the salt pans with Nata Lodge, where you’ll explore the stunning landscape and unique wildlife. At 1:00 PM, embark on a scenic transfer from Nata Lodge to the renowned Chobe National Park, home to an abundance of wildlife. Arrive by 3:30 PM for a thrilling Safari Game Cruise along the Chobe River, offering exceptional opportunities to view elephants, lions, and other African wildlife in their natural habitat. This exciting day is complete with delicious meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring you have a well-rounded and memorable adventure. Ideal for nature lovers and safari enthusiasts, this experience is a must for anyone visiting Botswana.

Day 03Chobe National Park- Maun

Start your day with an exhilarating 7:00 AM morning game drive, offering the chance to witness Botswana’s iconic wildlife in their natural environment. Afterward, enjoy some free time during the mid-morning to relax or engage in personal activities. At 12:00 PM, you’ll be transferred from your hotel to Kasane Airport, where you’ll catch a 2:00 PM flight to Maun. Upon arrival, your ranger and guide will meet you at Maun Airport for a brief 20-minute drive to the Boteti Tented Safari Lodge. Once checked in, you’ll receive a safari briefing while enjoying a complimentary drink. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to Xobe Village, followed by a scenic drive where you’ll enjoy sundowner drinks as the sun sets over the stunning African landscape. The day ends with a delicious dinner around an open fire, offering a truly authentic experience, before retiring to your luxury safari tent for the night.

Day 4Greater Moremi Game Reserve Area

Heading out early, we transfer by safari vehicle to the polling station, where we will meet the polers who will be escorting us into the Delta. The polers will steer us through the serene area of narrow, reed-lined channels which open out onto beautiful lagoons. Reaching one of the many islands, a nature walk may be taken with your pole and after the walk, we return by mokoro through the channels back to the polling station. While the mokoro trail is not primarily a game viewing activity, a variety of games may be spotted in this pristine wilderness area, including elephant, giraffe, kudu, impala, and zebra. After lunch, we will return to Moremi Game Reserve for our afternoon game drive which will be conducted in open 4×4 safari vehicles. The game viewing routes chosen during the afternoon by the professional guide may vary especially when high floods are experienced as certain roads may be closed or impassable.

Day 5Savuti Game Reserve

Begin your adventure with an early start and a hearty breakfast before breaking camp and departing for Savuti, embarking on a full-day game drive through this captivating wilderness. A delicious lunch will be served in the reserve, allowing you to refuel amidst the stunning natural surroundings. The game drive continues as you make your way toward your campsite, where you will set up camp for the night. Enjoy a traditional dinner prepared over an open fire, providing a perfect end to your day in the wild. Rest in comfortable dome camping tents, equipped with roll-out mattresses, bedding, and a bush bathroom setup (not en-suite). This immersive camping experience, complete with meals and amenities, offers the perfect opportunity to connect with nature while enjoying the beauty and wildlife of Savuti.

Day 6Savuti to Victoria Falls

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before heading out for a thrilling morning game drive in Savuti, where you’ll have the chance to spot incredible wildlife in their natural habitat. At 10:30 AM, depart for the Kazangula Border on the Botswana side, where you’ll cross into the next leg of your journey. Afterward, enjoy a seamless transfer to Shearwater Explorers Resort, where you can unwind and take in the picturesque surroundings. At 4:30 PM, embark on a luxurious sunset cruise, offering stunning views and an unforgettable experience as the African sun sets over the water. This day promises a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation, with wildlife encounters, scenic beauty, and a touch of luxury.

Day 7Victoria Falls- Departure

Your expert guide will lead you through the best vantage points, ensuring you capture the beauty and power of the falls from every angle.
