Arrival in Khartoum, the capital located at the meeting point of the Blue and White Nile. You will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed introduction to the city or rest after your journey. Overnight stay in Khartoum.
After breakfast, explore Khartoum’s key highlights including the fascinating Nile confluence where the Blue and White Nile meet. Visit local museums and cultural sites showcasing Sudan’s rich heritage. Continue to Omdurman to experience traditional markets and historic neighborhoods before returning to your hotel.
Depart for the northern desert region toward Meroë, a UNESCO-listed archaeological site famous for its ancient pyramids. Enjoy scenic desert landscapes along the journey and arrive in time for sunset views over the dunes. Overnight stay near the Meroë region.
Explore the breathtaking Meroë pyramids, one of Africa’s most impressive ancient kingdoms. Learn about the Kushite civilization while walking among the ruins. Later, enjoy a desert safari experience across the sands, including optional camel rides and photography stops at sunset.
