Day 1Arrival in Niamey – Welcome to Niger

Welcome to Niger! Upon arrival at Diori Hamani International Airport in Niamey, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional guide and transferred to your hotel.

After check-in, enjoy a welcome briefing introducing you to the Gerewol Festival, the traditions of the Wodaabe people, and your journey through the Sahel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nigerien welcome dinner featuring local cuisine.

Day 2Niamey City Tour

After breakfast, discover the highlights of Niger’s capital city.

Visit the National Museum of Niger, home to fascinating archaeological collections, traditional crafts, and cultural exhibits. Continue to the bustling Grand Marché, where local artisans display leather goods, silver jewelry, woven baskets, and handcrafted souvenirs.

Day 3Niamey – Agadez

Following breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Agadez, the legendary gateway to the Sahara Desert and a UNESCO World Heritage city.

Day 4Agadez – Gerewol Festival Camp

After breakfast, return to Agadez for your flight back to Niamey.

Day 8 Departure from Niamey
