Walking in the footsteps of Jesus: A walk to the Garden of Gethsemane, stopping shortly at Dominus Flevit, the place where Jesus stopped and wept over Jerusalem. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees, and the Church of All Nations, displaying the stone of the Agony of Christ. From there, entering the old city through the Lions Gate, visit the Monastery of St. Anne and the Pools of Bethesda. A walk along the Via Dolorosa to the Christian Quarter and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the place of Jesus’ crucifixion and burial. See the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea, the traditional site of Golgotha, and the Chapel of St. Helena.
