Upon arrival at the port of Cape Town, Our shuttle service will be at the airport to give you a warm South African Welcome. Depending on arrival time we will do a short guided tour in Cape Town Centre before driving Cellars-Hohenort, is located in the historical Constantia Valley. You room will give you a room of breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the property’s award-winning gardens.

You will experience a vast diversity of indigenous flora and fauna and rare examples of San rock art, some dating back more than 3,500 years, plus a unique boat safari and thrilling game drives for the next two days. Interactive nature drives last up to 3 hours and take place in the tranquil moods of sunrise and sunset. Conservation is paramount at Sanbona, and every guest contributes to preserving this wilderness for future generations. More than a Big Five wilderness reserve, it’s the vastness of the landscape, the alluring stillness and isolation amid raw beauty and boundless plains that make Sanbona unique. Take a three-hour scenic drive from the heart of the Little Karoo, along Route 62, to Hermanus, a historic coastal settlement southeast of Cape Town. Drink in the mountain, forest and beach views on the drive to the town, known as one of the world’s best locations for whale watching. On arrival, board a whale-spotting cruise for the chance to see these magnificent mammals in their natural habitat. Watch for resident Bryde’s whales and migrating Southern Right whales(depending on the season), all of which can be seen spouting and fluking—lifting their tails before diving. You may also glimpse humpbacks (depending on the season) and other marine life, including dolphins, seals and the African penguin. After lunch, drive to Betty’s Bay, a seaside village strung between the rugged coast and Kogelberg Mountains. Take in this pretty holiday spot, boasting botanical gardens and sandy beaches. It is famed for its Stony Point Nature Reserve, a headland housing a colony of wild African penguins. Admire these beautiful flightless birds waddling on the rocks. You will Check in to Arabella Hotel, Golf & Spa for dinner and overnight.

Following breakfast, depart for Cape Town’s most iconic sight, Table Mountain. Rising majestically above the city, this natural monolith is its most recognizable landmark. After a transfer to the mountain base, which reveals awe-inspiring views of the high ridge framed by Lion’s Head and Devil’s Peak, board a cable car for an exhilarating ascent to the top (weather permitting). Marvel at the panoramic views over Cape Town and the Atlantic before your descent and a delicious lunch. Later, continue an afternoon tour to South Africa’s Winelands. This mountain-framed region consists of rolling vineyards and orchards peppered with traditional wineries and beautiful towns like Paarl and Stellenbosch. Absorb the scenery and enjoy tastings at the well-regarded Spice Route Winery, which is blessed with idyllic views of the Paarl
Mountains and produces exceptional hand-crafted Swartland wines. Back in Cape Town this evening and be dropped off at the port at 6 p.m.
