As soon as you land, we will pick you up from the Hosea Kutako International Airport. The airport is 45 km outside Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. It has been a long journey; you will be dropped off at Discovery Guest House for overnight
Depart from Windhoek and travel via the “Kupferberg Pass” through the rolling hills of the Khomas Hochland. This is a large ridge of higher ground in the center of the country. Rivers have eroded many deep valleys and altitudes range between 1,700 and 2,000 m above sea level. After a short stop for photos descends via the breathtaking Spreetshoogte Pass to the plains of the Namib Desert below. Drive south and experience the unsurpassed scenery of the rugged Naukluft Mountains to our left and the dune landscape to our right.8:30 Elim dune for the sundown, after sundown come back at lodge for dinner

Early in the morning, at sunrise, we will visit the Sesriem Gate to the remarkable Sossusvlei. We start with climbing picturesque Dune 45, experiencing the beauty and vastness of the orange-colored landscape. Off-road drive to the Dead Vlei, a place of the vast desert pan where dried-up, ancient acacias stand silent in the impressive, open-air gallery. If you have enough energy, you can climb one of the highest dunes on Earth, the ‚Big Daddy ‘or ‚Big Mama. After the morning excursion, we will return to Sesriem for lunch. We will take a break for 1-2 hours. Once the heat subsides, we will take a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon.

Soon after breakfast, we will depart to Windhoek through the beautiful Spreetshoogte Pass. On our way, we will stop-over at Solitaire. We will approximately arrive at our destination before lunch. We will drop you off at the hotel/lodge of your choice Farewell, goodbye
