Unfortunately, for us, we encourage sharing trips with travelers having common destinations and have to pay a single supplement. However, accommodations, hotels, camps, and lodges can never be shared. We are concerned about privacy and never encourage sharing of the rooms, camps, and spas at any cost. As a travel agency, we are concern with travelers with disabilities. We usually make reasonable adjustments in our operation to ensure our travelers with disabilities enjoy our services. In past disabled traveler has been enjoying our services with their families and relatives as they are assisted in bookings, helped with directions and many more services they are in need. If you are a disabled traveler, we acknowledge you and we recommend you to contact our sales team for further assistance and information on any of our itineraries

A. All necessary tipping to the bellman for luggage handling and waiters for included meals have been included and will be handled by your Tour Director on your behalf.
The customary “end of trip” gratuity for step-on guides, the driver and the tour director is not included in your booking cost. Gratuity is a voluntary choice and is extended on an individual basis as an appreciation for the professionalism and personal service extended to you throughout the tour. (We request that group collections not be taken please.) Present your gratuity in the included envelopes with any comments, and if you choose, your name on it.
A guideline of $2-$3 per person for each traveling day is a customary amount for the Driver.
• A guideline of $3-$4 per person for each traveling day is a customary amount for the Tour Director.
• A guideline of $2 per person is a customary amount for a Step-on/Professional guide

Budget-trips are shared, sleep in tents or 2-3 star hotels use a minivan
Comfort: similar to the budget but hotel categories are 3-4 star.
Comfort Plus: Fives star hotel trips are private, use the jeep airport transfer
Luxury. All-inclusive, charter planes used instead jeep VIP receptions best hotels or lodges are used that country can provide. Spa treatment, personal assistant if required, unlimited wine, or and bard of whiskey.

Trip specific information on transportation can be found on the trip summary page however in most cases we use public transportation. We’ve found that how you get there significantly influences the tone of your journey and public transportation allows face-to-face interaction with the local people. Some of our adventures, including our “Superior”, “Comfort Class” and most adventures in Africa, use private transportation.

Requirements for visas depend on multiple factors such as the individual, your destination and nationality. We can’t assist in the direct application of visas but you can arrange your visa through the embassy or with the support of a travel agent.
