CANAVA SANTORINI was established in 1974 on Santorini island by Evagellos Lygnos. Today his son Loukas Lygnos still produces CANAVA SANTORINI’s fine spirits with the same principles and the same local materials. The same recipes inherited through generations are still being used. At CANAVA SANTORINI they follow a traditional slow procedure to prepare our OUZO in handmade Greek copper alembic still. The superior quality of CANAVA SANTORINI OUZO* is characterised by the aroma and the taste of the currants of Santorini’s Asyrtiko, saffron and anise.
Venetsanos winery is located right above the port of Athinios, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. The Venetsanos family has a very long tradition of producing wine. Originally was produced for the island and subsequently, it was exported extensively, and particularly to countries such as Russia. It was built in 1947 by the Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island. Its most distinguishing feature is the structural design, which essentially used gravity, facilitating energy efficiency, at a time when access to electricity and other energy sources was very limited. The winery was built in an unconventional manner constructed from above and moving downwards

Kambia Beach is located at the south west coast of Santorini, in Akrotiri village, about 13 kilometers away from the capital Fira. It lies between the famous Red Beach and White Beach which constitute impressive landscapes, close to the beautiful lighthouse of Akrotiri. It is easily accessible by car or bike, through a 15 min drive on a dirt road that leads there. Kambia is a lovely, little beach characterized by crystal-clear waters, large volcanic pebbles and is surrounded by cliffs that provide partial natural shade. Since its seabed is rocky, there is a makeshift platform for easy access to the water. It is a semi-organized beach with some umbrellas and sunbeds available to rent. There is also an adorable traditional Greek tavern and snack bar by the sea where tourists can keep cool and savour typical local dishes, drinks and fresh fish. Akrotiri is a Minoan Bronze Age settlement on the volcanic Greek island of Santorini. The name and the population are currently Greek. The civilization of the Bronze Age city, however, shows affinities to early Cretan civilization, which, going by its writing system, was undoubtedly not Gree
