After pick up in Mombasa Port, you will drive south of Mombasa about 30 km to reach Shimba Hills National Reserve. Here you will be on the lookout for the endangered Antelope, Giraffes, Elephants, Monkeys, shrews, Civet Cat and maybe the Leopard. The reserve also hosts more than 100 species of birds, such as African Hawk, Honey Guide, and Ostriches; among others, you will
come across them on your game drive. After getting enough of the drive, you will explore the shimba hills on foot accompanied by your guide and a 30 minutes hike to Shedrick falls to marvel at the water cascade. After a hot day of tracking wildlife, stop at shimba hills Green Safari lodge for lunch while watching the elephants drink water in the river and the surrounding views.
